Thank you everyone for making this year's event a great success. We could not have done it without all the volunteers, the race teams and the support from the Austin community. I have posted the race results under "race day information". We hope to see everyone again next year!

We now have 12 teams racing. The race schedule is posted under "Race Day Information". 
*Note: Changes were made to the morning team volunteers unloading the boats. Please read below.
Unloading/Loading of boats
(min. of 4 volunteers from each team)

1. Ramp 1 (far East of I-35) - 6:15 am
   Houston, 3M, Blue Dragon, AGWCS, Mooshu, Dell, CCA, CSA
2. Practice Warehouse - 6:30 am
   Freescale, Sheriff, LCRA, Samsung
3. ALL other team members for ALL teams must be at the Race Dock (Festival Beach) at 6:45 am SHARP. Teams will be penalized for tardiness. Check-in will begin at this time.

There has been a change in the race schedule. We have 13 teams who will be racing this Saturday. Please bear with me as I update the documents before posting them online. Thank you!

Final two weekends of practice at the Festival Beach ramp at the end of Festival Beach Road. On the area overview map it is marked as "1st heat boat loading area". *Final mandatory captains meeting on April 15 at 6:30 pm (AACC).

1. Captains Meeting - Friday, February 29, 2008 at 6:30 pm located at the Asian American Cultural Center (AACC). All interested teams (full or not) must send at least one representative, preferably the captain and/or coordinator.
2. AACC Location - Going North on 183, exit Duval. Take a left on Duval. Turn right onto Jollyville. The center will be on the right on Jollyville. *See link to the left for physical address.
3. Registration Forms - Must be signed and completed prior to your team's first practice.
4. Team Roster - Completed by March 1, preferably emailed by 3 pm this Friday, unless an alternative has been discussed.
5. Contact Information - Need captains' and coordinators' e-mail address, cell number, and work (if applicable) by 3 pm this Friday.
6. Training Schedule - Email me with a time slot for your team. *Sheena will train for the 1st two sessions.

Captains meeting scheduled for Friday, February 29 at the cultural center from 6:30 - 8 pm. All interested teams and individual participants must attend this meeting.
